Our new product development allows all solar cells to flash – for any duration, up to 100 tests, “pro flash” and variable wavelength. Freystadt, Oberpfalz – J.v.G. enterprise makes innovative developments to meet the competition from the far East. The LED flasher from J.v.G. is an example of this innovation. J.v.G. introduced the first flasher of this type in August last year, and it was a great success straightaway. Now, other sizes will follow.

Meanwhile, J.v.G. is also building flashers with an area of 30 x 30 cm and 60 x 60 cm. This allows for testing all solar cells, for any duration, any test and variable wavelength. Also the wave range (6 pieces / basic version) can be adjusted for each customer.

Our new product was released in May. We will start delivering the first devices, among other things, in June to a well-known German cell developer.

What Is So Special About the LED Flasher for PV Modules from J.v.G.?

These LED flashers test each PV module not just once, but five times in one go. (Up to 100 tests/flash are possible.) This process yields five different values. Based on these, the average is calculated, which provides far more accurate data than conventional flashers. This is extremely decisive for the performance of an installation.

The Advantages of LED Flashers

This LED flasher is faster than existing technologies. The condenser does not need to be reloaded because the LED light can work permanently. The cell LED flasher is indispensable for all cell manufacturers, module manufacturers and testing labs. As far as the price is concerned, the cell flasher from J.v.G. is well below 50 Euros.
