J.v.G. technology has released their latest installment of solar production machines. Some of the solar production machines that J.v.G. technology GmbH offers include:

  • J.v.G. LED flasher
  • J.v.G. Hipot tester
  • J.v.G. EL tester
  • J.v.G. Bifacial tester
  • J.v.G. Labeling and
  • J.v.G. Automated loading and unloading.

J.v.G. technology has developed these systems to be in one common housing, reducing the number of workers in the solar production and lowers the production costs of solar modules significantly, among other advantages. J.v.G. technology has provided detailed information on assessing their products even by third parties giving a clear insight on the level of quality the products are bringing into the market.

The new J.v.G. LED flasher version is mainly a standalone format. The options that J.v.G. technology GmbH has made available for the LED flasher are integrated with the HiPot test, EL test, bifacial, and labeling. All these functions can be set up to be standalone versions and open to some level of customization.

The LED flasher tests conducted for each module are multiple and not just done once. It tends to have even up to 20 times programming just in a single test cycle. The high regard in testing makes sure our LED flasher products are of the highest quality in the market. More testing brings more accurate results, and for so any corrections can be made before the products get to you for use.

From assessing the LED flashers, they are already promising enough to have less time for determining the test results from just a single test cycle. J.v.G. technology GmbH has included multiple parameters of which the latest LED flashers can measure. Some of the measured parameters include open-circuit voltage Voc, the short circuit current lc, the current and voltage and peak power, and the module temperatures.

When it comes to J.v.G. labeling, the LED flashers have automatic printing and labeling of the solar modules. The process takes place right after the flash test. Manufacturers can always get information on the label designs for special modules to have the highest efficiency possible. The J.v.G. labeling is a very convenient extension of the LED flashers with added features for almost all types of solar modules in the market today.

J.v.G. technologies have also made it possible to use the LED flashers to test Bifacial solar modules. This is part of our special options, which works for any solar production line for any market globally.

The J.v.G. Hipot tester is a practical option for both frameless and framed modules. It has the highest isolation standards due to the integrated conducive sponge with high resistance measurements. The HiPot Tester has more options, including auto contracting, auto loading and unloading, and on request, it can be used on bigger or smaller areas. The standalone version starts at 350kg.

The J.v.G. EL tester works with both inline or offline systems for loading of modules can either be automatic or manual. Manufacturers have a wide range of choices of applications with short or long edge leading module feedings.

According to manufacturers who have already bought some of the products, the scope of delivery for these systems is exact. It includes a label printer with the software and a barcode reader for the module serial number. The technical data for the LED flasher products are always included for manufacturers to have an easy time using all the systems efficiently.
