J.v.G. technology has released their latest installment of solar production machines. Some of the solar production machines that we offer include:

  • J.v.G. LED flasher
  • J.v.G. Hipot tester
  • J.v.G. EL tester
  • J.v.G. Bifacial tester
  • J.v.G. Labeling
  • J.v.G. Automated loading and unloading

J.v.G. technology has developed these systems to be housed in one place, reducing the number of workers involved in production and significantly lowering the cost of solar module production, among other advantages. We have provided detailed information for assessing our products, including to third parties who can provide clear insight on the quality of the products.

The new J.v.G. LED flasher version is mainly a standalone format. The options that J.v.G. technology GmbH has made available for the LED flasher are integrated with the HiPot test, EL test, bifacial, and labeling. All these functions can be set up as standalone versions, and all of them are open to some level of customization.

There are multiple LED flasher tests conducted for each module. The flasher tests tend to have up to 20 times their programming just in a single test cycle. The high-quality testing ensures that our LED flasher products are the highest quality products in the market. More testing brings more accurate results and ensures that any corrections can be made before the products reach you.

From just a single test cycle, the LED flashers cut down on the time needed for determining the test results. J.v.G. technology GmbH has included multiple parameters that the latest LED flashers can measure. The parameters include the open-circuit voltage Voc, the short circuit current lc, the current, voltage, peak power, and module temperatures.

When it comes to J.v.G. labeling, the LED flashers include automatic printing and labeling for the solar modules. This process takes place right after the flash test. Manufacturers can always get information from the label designs for special modules, enabling the highest possible efficiency. The J.v.G. labeling is a very convenient extension of the LED flashers with added features for almost all types of solar modules in today’s market.

J.v.G. technology has also made it possible to use the LED flashers to test Bifacial solar modules. This is one of our special options, which works well with any solar production line in any market globally

The J.v.G. Hipot tester is a practical option for both frameless and framed modules. It has the highest isolation standards due to the integrated conducive sponge with high resistance measurements. The Hipot tester also has additional options, including auto contracting, auto loading and unloading. On request, the Hipot tester can be used on both bigger or smaller areas. The standalone version starts at 350kg.

The J.v.G. EL tester works with both inline and offline systems for loading modules. It can either be automatic or manual. Manufacturers have a wide range of choices for applications, including leading module feedings with a short or long edge.

According to manufacturers who have already bought some of our products, the scope of delivery for these systems is exact. It includes a label printer along with the software and a barcode reader for the module serial number. The technical data for the LED flasher products is always included, so manufacturers will have an easy time using all the systems efficiently.
